1. Services overview
Adzona provides hyperlocal outdoor advertising through backlit LED displays installed inside auto-rickshaws operating across Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
Our services include:
- Advertisement display on LED screens inside partner auto-rickshaws
- Location-based, hyperlocal advertising coverage across Guntur
2. Campaign booking & confirmation
- A campaign is considered confirmed only after mutual agreement on duration, number of autos, and pricing.
- Adzona reserves the right to accept or reject any campaign request.
3. Payment terms
- Payment terms (advance and balance) are set out in full in our Payment Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
- Campaign execution may begin only after the agreed advance payment is received.
- Delays in payment may result in delay or suspension of the campaign.
4. Advertising content policy
- The client must ensure that all content provided is owned by them or legally authorised for use.
- Content must not violate any laws, copyrights, or public standards.
- Adzona reserves the right to reject or remove any content that is:
- Illegal or misleading
- Offensive or inappropriate
- In violation of copyright or trademark laws
5. Campaign delivery & compensation
Adzona aims to deliver campaigns as per the agreed schedule. However:
- In case any ad display is missed due to technical or operational issues, compensation will be provided by extending the campaign for an equivalent duration.
- Compensation applies only to verified missed display time.
- Extension will be scheduled based on availability and operational feasibility.
6. Service limitations
- Due to the nature of on-road advertising, continuous or uninterrupted display cannot be guaranteed at all times.
- Minor interruptions caused by traffic, vehicle maintenance, weather, or other external factors will not be considered a service failure.
7. Proof of execution
- Adzona provides proof of campaign execution through video and GPS location data (shared via Google Maps Timeline) every 10 days, as described on our pricing page.
- Final validation of campaign delivery will be based on Adzona's internal records.
Adzona may use campaign visuals (ads displayed on our screens) for promotional or portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed with the client in writing.
9. Client responsibilities
- Provide final ad creatives on time
- Ensure accuracy of content
- Approve campaign details before launch
Any delay from the client side may impact campaign timelines.
10. Cancellation & modifications
- Any cancellation or change must be communicated in advance.
- Charges or adjustments may apply depending on the campaign stage — see our Payment Policy for the full cancellation and refund terms.
11. Driver-partner ("Pilot") program
Auto-rickshaw drivers who join Adzona as a "Pilot" partner agree to have an Adzona LED display installed in their vehicle and to operate it as part of their normal driving activity, in exchange for the compensation agreed at the time of joining. Specific terms (installation process, upkeep, and payout schedule) are confirmed individually with each driver-partner via WhatsApp at onboarding.
12. Liability
- Adzona is not liable for indirect losses such as business loss, revenue loss, or missed opportunities.
- Our responsibility, if any, is limited to the value of the agreed campaign.
13. Legal compliance
- All services are subject to applicable laws and regulations.
- Both parties agree to comply with local advertising and media laws.
14. Changes to terms
Adzona reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be reflected on this page.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
