Adzona ("we", "us", "our") operates hyperlocal LED advertising screens installed inside auto-rickshaws in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, and the adzona.in website. We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you give us directly — when you message us on WhatsApp, email us, or fill in an enquiry, we may receive your name, phone number, business name, and the content of your message (for example, which plan you're interested in, or your interest in joining as a driver-partner).
• Information collected automatically — when you browse adzona.in, we may collect standard technical data such as your browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location (city-level), via Google Analytics.
• Driver-partner information — if you join our auto-rickshaw driver network, we collect the details needed to install and operate the LED display and to provide campaign proof, including GPS/route location data captured during active advertising runs (see Section 3).

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries and provide pricing or campaign information;
• Set up, run, and manage advertising campaigns you've booked with us;
• Share video and location proof of your ad running, as described in our campaign plans;
• Communicate with driver-partners about installation, upkeep, and payouts;
• Understand how visitors use our website, so we can improve it;
• Meet legal or regulatory requirements where applicable.

We do not use your information for anything beyond running and improving the Adzona service, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Video & GPS location proof

As part of our campaign plans, we provide clients with video proof of their ad running inside our partner auto-rickshaws, along with GPS-based location data (shared via Google Maps Timeline) collected from the driver-partner's device during the advertising run. This location data is used solely to demonstrate campaign coverage and is shared with the advertising client tied to that specific campaign — it is not used for any other purpose.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information only in these limited situations:

• With driver-partners, to the extent needed to install, run, and service your ad campaign;
• With service providers who help us operate the business (for example, hosting or analytics providers), who are only permitted to use it to provide that service to us;
• If required to do so by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.

5. Cookies & analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use adzona.in — for example, which pages are viewed and for how long. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including limiting access to those who need it to operate the business. However, no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by writing to adzona.india@gmail.com. We'll respond and action reasonable requests as quickly as we can.

8. Children's privacy

Adzona's services are intended for business owners and individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
